Ms. Mendoza earned her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from California State University, Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994. She appears in all California State and Federal Courts and brings strong experience in defense cases, including medical malpractice, construction defect, and insurance coverage matters.
